Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Mimosa Scrubs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process simple and fair.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

You may request a return if:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags are still attached

  • Return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You have your order number or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

  • Sale items, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless faulty

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to help where stock is available.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist with an exchange process.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive the wrong item or something is not as expected.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos if possible.

We will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (depending on the situation)

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned with prior approval

  • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged when returned
