Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. For change of mind returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Notification: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Resolution: We will offer a replacementstore credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
